Properties Panel

With Design Mode active, the toolbox on the left hand side of the application window will change to display a Properties Panel when any single device, System Group or "click and drag" selection is made. In addition to being able to edit System Groups after creation, the Properties Panel is able to adjust many of the parameters available in the HControl ID and Preset System Views.

Array System Group Properties

Selecting the header of any Array in the workspace will display the properties for the System Group that it belongs to.

Controls Available within Array Properties Panel

Array Properties

  • Name - Change the name of the selected Array within the System Group

  • Type - Read only field

  • QTY - Adjust the number of identical containers within an Array System Group.

System Group Properties

Adjust the linked parameters between the Arrays within a System Group, more information on Linking Controls can be found in the System Groups section.

Speaker Properties

  • Type - Read only field

  • QTY - Adjust the numbers of speakers within the Array.

HControl ID Properties

Adjust the HControl ID of a single speaker if selected or a group of devices if more than one is selected. More information about assiging HControl IDs can be found in the HControl ID View page.

 

Subwoofer Array System Group Properties

Selecting the header of any Subwoofer Array in the workspace will display the properties for the System Group that it belongs to.

Controls Available within Subwoofer Array Properties Panel

Array Properties

  • Name - Change the name of the selected Subwoofer Array within the System Group

  • Type - Read only field

  • Orientation - Change the selected Subwoofer Array to be Row or Column Orientation.

  • Qty - Adjust the number of identical containers within an Array System Group.

System Group Properties

Adjust the symmetry linking of parameters between the Subwoofer Arrays within a System Group, more information on Symmetry Linked Controls can be found in the System Groups section.

Speaker Properties

  • Type - Read only field shows the speaker model

  • Qty - Adjust the numbers of subwoofers within the Array.

HControl ID Properties

Adjust the HControl ID of a single speaker if selected or a group of devices if more than one is selected. More information about assigning HControl IDs can be found in the HControl ID View page.

 

Speaker Properties

When a single speaker is selected, the following items are available:

Full Range

Type - Read only field shows the speaker model

HPF- FR (Full Range) or 80 Hz

Mode -Fill, SA (Small Array) (906 only), Array

Subwoofers

Type - Read only field shows the speaker model

LPF - 60 Hz or 80 Hz

Orientation - Forward or Rear, for cardioid configurations
